LAID OFF: NWSource Feature

> The Train of Thought sketch comedy performers cheer themselves up, and get revenge on obnoxious former employers, with this sequence of satirical scenes about the harsh realities and the hypocritical packaging of finding and losing jobs. Three actors present cubicle life and death from multiple viewpoints. But "fear not," says writer/director John Boyle. "Top management's salaries and bonuses remain intact. No matter what happens, they are well taken care of." The show opens at 10:30 p.m. and runs through July 30 at the Northwest Actors Studio third floor cabaret, 1100 E. Pike St. Tickets are $10, students $8, discount of $1 for anyone showing a current unemployment compensation check stub; www.trainofthought.info.
